The first three years of life lay the foundation for everything that follows, and I believe early intervention must rise to meet that responsibility. It is time to move beyond outdated models of compliance and correction and instead prioritize connection, autonomy, and family empowerment.

As Founder and Director, my philosophy is to lead with compassion, advocacy, and purpose. Our work is not about “fixing” children; it is about creating environments where play sparks learning, families feel empowered, and every child is given the dignity to grow into their authentic self. This is what I believe 0–3 services should be, and this is the standard I am committed to advancing.
